They are not bad. Pretty good clinic.
There are not enough wonderful words I can say about the staff.. the security guards and the doctors. They treat my father with dignity . I never feel rushed out like I do at other doctors offices. I just wish the VA offered more information with getting help for my father to the family. It's like pulling teeth if I want to know what benefits they can offer him to better his quality of life. But all in all I think this place is great
I worked in the Houston medical center for 15 years and the quality of service and care at the VA Clinic is on par with or better than most.
