Joe Hensley Public Insurance Adjuster

Joe and his team has been a Godsend to us. We didn't know how to fight the insurance after Harvey. They took all the worry from us about fighting them. All we had to do was provide paperwork and pictures. It didn't happen overnight, but he come through for us. He and his team fought for every dollar we deserved. It's so refreshing to know you are working with honest people that are willing to help you and not take advantage of you. Thanks Joe and his team. I usually don’t give reviews, but I want to share my experience with others about Joe’s work.Since the first moment my husband and I met Joe after Harvey flooded our house, we felt we met the right person to help us throughout the process. we felt he was honest and he had the knowledge needed for the job. The process was long , confusing, and exhausting ,but Joe Hensley and his staff were very helpful and made every step easier.We never doubt about any suggestion he made because he knew what he was talking about. I know is not easy to handle claims with the insurance,but he made something that seem impossible, possible . There was no way that without his skills and knowledge this could have been resolved like it did. I want to thank all of you for all the hard work, support that it was given to my husband and I throughout this process.

Mr. Hensley handled my Flood Damage claim after Hurricane Harvey. He has done a good job for me and I was relieved not to have to deal with over worked and uncooperative adjusters. I had problems with Windstorm Insurance after Hurricane Ike in 2008. I was very glad to have someone take care of the problems on my behalf with Harvey. It's what you don't know that can hurt your claim. Mr. Hensley knows what to say and when to say it.
You will likely recover more for the necessary repairs than you will pay Mr. Hensley in fees.
I highly recommend the use of a Public Adjuster and Mr. Hensley is a good choice

Joe was the consummate professional. His contract is straight forward, he explains everything, he is accessible, and further, he provided the framework to make this easier. I appreciated how straight forward it was to "do my homework" so he had what he needed from me to do his.
