  Great crossfit gym. I dropped in for the afternoon Open Gym and they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They let me do my own programming, which I really respect and appreciate. I'll definitely be coming here everytime I'm visiting family in the Cypress area.

  Love this place!!! Not only for the gains that I’ve experienced in fitness...but more importantly for the community and coaching. This is more than a gym. It’s a group of people that want to live healthier and that genuinely care about each other. PJ and Darlene (the owners) have created something super special.
  I have worked out and done various things for 20 years and Crossfit has provided the best results hands down...mentally and physical. Come in and try it...you’ll love the workouts. But stay for the people!

  You need to try this box! Great People. Great Coaches. Great Atmosphere!
  Over the past 5 years, my fitness has changed dramatically....from Triathlon to the Couch. I was looking for something new and needed to get back into shape (so my wife said), but was nervous to try CrossFit. Sine Metu made me feel welcome and worked with me as I had no clue how to even work through the basics. Give it a try! You won't regret it.

  What an Amazing place. Incredible coaches and programming. Strong since of family. Everyone is so welcoming. If you are looking for an Awesome workout and experience. Crossfit Sine Metu is the place to start.
