I was reluctant to hire someone to help lease my home at first, turns out hiring Andrew and Drew was the best choice I could have made. They immediately went to work, offered great tips, and managed the entire process beautifully from beginning to end. They were in touch with us the entire time, got numerous showings when we had been having no response at all, and provided a great and realistic analysis of our situation. Best of all, we ended up with better renters at a much better price than I know we would have gotten on our own. I would and will use them again in a second rather than roll the dice on craigslist or trying to do it ourselves.
Andrew did an excellent job for me and will use him again when I need to buy or sell! He listed a condo for me and then he needed to establish a relationship with the current tenant. The Tenant became a buyer after we went through the process of getting the garage assigned to the condo again. Andrew and I went on numerous local trip looking at possible units for sale. He worked with me to insure that the proper criteria was listed on the MLS so we did not waste our time looking at units that I would not like. Of course there were numerous contracts that Andrew wrote up electronically and negotiated the the seller. There were changes also that he incorporated into the contracts and never complained about anything which I enjoyed most of all.
