The Towers Seabrook

The Towers Seabrook has been very accommodating during the leasing process and my stay here. Kristen was very helpful throughout the leasing process and has helped answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Additionally, she quickly made an apartment available to help accommodate the time that I needed to move in.

Very elegant and beautiful property. Fell in love with the apartment. Kristen was awesome at helping us, didnt think we were going to sign a lease the same day we took a tour of the property but i am so glad we did. Looking forward to an awesome place to call home.

Went in and got helped in a matter of minutes. Thought we we're there to just look and ask questions but we walked out with a signed lease. Our leasing agent Kristen was very helpful, amazing and knowledgeable. I'm glad we finally found something that we loved at first sight! It's a beautiful property with many amenities, we look forward making happy memories here.

It is hard to find luxury apartments with such great amenities and staff! Kristen has been the best help! She made me feel right at home when I toured the apartments and even now after living there! She is relatable and sweet but most of all professional! Before moving I had a ton of questions and Kristen always took the time to thoroughly and truthfully answer anything I threw her way! The front office always answers and Chris or Kristen are always so kind, going the extra mile to make it easier on you! The area is well maintained, clean and a good environment. Tenants I run into are always happy and never complaining about front desk! I have not seen any crazy activity at the pool or much dog poop as other reviews have mentioned! No hidden fees or over charging, which is great! I highly recommend The Towers!

The Towers of Seabrook is a beautiful property and one that I enjoy being apart of. The layout is modern and always kept to the best of standards. The pool and bar can be a relaxing getaway and the gym is perfect for on the go.

I don’t usually leave reviews for companies or any kind of businesses. Although, I feel it is necessary to give credit to the reason I decided to choose the towers as my home. That being, the experience I had with a leasing agent by the name of Cris Cantu.

Upon entering, Cris immediately greeted me with a smile, listened to my inquiries and guided me on a tour of the property and each of the amenities. I was unsure of what I wanted exactly, as I still had some time before moving. Yet, he eagerly provided me with details of every floor plan. I was impressed as to how informative he was with each question I asked. His positive energy and uplifting spirit altered my mood completely after just a short time in his company. He immediately made me feel comfortable, unlike others, whom make it evident you are just a sale. After being here for a relative amount of time, I can say that each time I have seen him with a resident, his work ethic is consistent and he always has a friendly smile on his face.

His mannerisms and politeness are not common in this generation and it was a true delight having him as my agent. He is extremely attentive and a welcoming asset to the Towers of Seabrook.
