  Very nice staff and a great doctor. I had an issue with my vision and he sent me to a retinal specialist. If he hadn't examined me correctly and advised me where to go, my eyesight would have suffered. Thank you!

  Absolutely a completely elevevated experience from any other optometrists offices I've been to. Everything is carefully organized to make the most of a thorough and professional experience. The whole staff is helpful and knowledgeable with the latest technology. The office is clean, and a candle makes it feel welcoming. They literally think of everything to make the whole family feel included and welcomed. They play movies for the kiddo while focusing on the patient. The doctor is kind and determined to enhance one's eye health. Synergistically patient oriented. Blessed to have a team of caring professionals in Cypress.

  Incredibly pleasant staff and doctor. Quick and fast scheduling, appointment, fitting.The facility was clean and I loved the decorations. They know there stuff and clearly have a good time as well. I actually left a doctor appointment in a better mood than when I came in.

  I've known Dr. Le for several years now and his character and spirit has been consistent. I had to go in for a visit due to a scratched cornea. The front office staff is very professional and friendly, there is a comfortable lounge with coffee, and the showroom has a lot of great designer brands to choose from when it comes time to choose the right pair of glasses. Dr. Le is truly an expert and he delivers his knowledge and expertise to the patient in a very calm, down to earth matter. On another note, I am a business owner and I send handwritten notes to my clients. The fact that Dr. Le and his staff took time to deliver a hand written note to me at my home thanking me for my business and taking time to come see them was truly amazing and it is this kind of attention to detail and care you should also expect to receive during your visit. Highly recommend to anyone in Houston looking for a great eye doctor!

  Phenomenal customer service. Dr. Le was very kind and caring. The office has a great atmosphere that feels like home. There are a variety of frames and styles to choose from depending on your preference. Upon pickup, you get assisted with fitting and sizing of your new frames. I highly reccomend them and will be visiting again.
