I have been training with coach Alfred since July and I can say that I am at the healthiest and the strongest I have ever been. I love the fact that I can talk to my coaches freely about my goals that I am trying to attain without any judgment. If you need any help or hit a plateau, come out and check this place out!

If you are looking for excellent coaching, Opex Concord is the place for you. I am in my 40s so long-term sustainable fitness is what I need to continue to be healthy for the rest of my life. The coaches are very conscientious about safety and preventing injury, which is what people of every age need. At Opex, each workout is written with that client’s ability and goals in mind. I love this! It is a lot easier to be motivated when every time I step into the gym, it is all about me and what I’m working on achieving, not just a random workout thrown up on the board for a bunch of people. I am so much stronger now that I have ever been before. Opex Concord is great! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great new gym in Concord! I have been waiting for a gym like this to open up. The facility is beautiful and clean. You get personalized training and the trainers really care about their clients. The Opex technique really works. They have an inBody machine that scans your whole body to help you track your progress. I love this! It is how I know my hard work is paying off.
