I have been a Interity Heating & Cooling for several years. They are always professional, on time, and thorough. Their staff are very polite, respectful of property, keep me informed of their progress, and bring to my attention items which need additional attention.

I have relied on Integrity Heating and Cooling to maintain my home equipment for the past 12 years. Never have I been disappointed with there high level of maintenance, on time service, and experienced and professional office and field personnel. I have always participated in Integrity's excellent maintenance and warranty programs which has resulted in zero equipment down time and outstanding value and performance from my Heating and Cooling systems. And by the way, they live up to their name every day, "INTEGRITY" where you can't go wrong!!!

We have been using Integrity for several yrs now they are awesome!! Our technician Tim is almost like a family member!! He’s worked on our ac units for maintenance and issues. We just had a new unit installed today by JC and Daniel and they did an exceptional job!! If you need anything the girls in the office are great!! We highly recommend Integrity for your heating and cooling needs!

I have been an Integrity customer for several years and am also covered by their annual maintenance contract. Integrity staff are always on time, very professional, and clearly communicate what they re doing and why. Tim, our service rep, does a great job explaining how our systems work and how we should prioritize certain repairs or maintenance. Again, as a long-term customer, I highly recommend them.

Called in to the office to receive a response from an automated system. Much to my surprise the exact same voice from the automated system answered my call and she has a name. Lisa! The behind the scenes personnel rarely receive the recognition they deserve. Lisa was awesome. The entire business is a well oiled machine ( German engineering type ) with people like Lisa, Kent, and Tim making sure everyone gets a first class ticket! Definitely have and would recommend.
