My experience with the staff was great, Everyone I spoke with was proficient and professional. I must say Mrs. Coco is such a jazzy Lady.
I am pleased to say that I really don't have anything to worry about when I go to ileap in Sanford. Maria and Coco have always been very patient and understanding. They helped me understand what documents I needed if I was missing anything. Basically, what I'm saying is that their customer service is 110%. It is always a pleaser knowing that these ladies are here to help the people that are in need and not only there for a paycheck They are not JUDGEMENTAL either. Ms.Coco & Ms.Maria are here to really help their community. Thank you, ladies.
We were very pleased with the service and the help we received at the office of LIHEAP in Sanford, Florida. They're very professionals, know what you need, and guide you through all the process. Ms. Coco was very caring and her work is really fast, so you need to bring all the documents and hand them to her to complete your application. The Manager of the office generates a great working environment and the service we receive is the reflection of her great managerial work. They helpful people because they're not like orange county sluggish with their work and it's not alot of foreigners to suck up the assistance some people need. And i'm not racist i'm just real about it.????
