As a 20 year customer to a Woburn based insurance company it was time to switch to someone more local. I walked into Tarpey and briefly met with Patty, giving her details about my unhappiness with my existing provider (poor customer service and constantly rising prices). Patty collected all the information she needed and emailed me the next morning with quotes for home insurance and automobile insurance. The price was significantly lower that my existing policies so I moved both policies to Tarpey. I don't think I'll ever leave. Any time I've emailed Patty or sent someone from my family to their office the service has exceeded my expectations. Don't let the nonstop TV based insurance advertising fool you, local insurance companies can match or beat the pricing and provide far better service.
