I worked here. They were very accommodating to my lifestyle and being a single parent. The hours were good, pay was good, and so were the benefits and other amenities that came along w working there. The work was mundane, but I knew I was helping people in the long run and it made me want to do my best regardless. Good, stable company to work for.

Easy to move up in the company if that is what you going fo. If you want to stay to yourself and just get your job done and go home you can do that too. It's a self pace job so once you finish with training your career is really in your hands.
Not a call center so no pressure with customers if something goes wrong. You feel amazing when you hear that you've really touched someone who has been struggling to communicate for so long with others.

Nice place to work, they really do care about their employees, it would be nice if the pay was a little higher, but overall a good place to work.
