The absolute best and finest Veterinary center in Long Island. Our dog had her TPLO surgery for a torn ACL, and we can happily say she 100% healthy 8 weeks later. Wonderful and compassionate doctors and staff. Modern and clean and spotless facilities and most importantly, they are dog and animal loving people.

Beautiful place very clean the staff is wonderful especially the PT department! They really took care of me and my beauty’s needs !! Did some laser on her and she felt great after !

My dog had surgery Oct 2017 . The surgeon Dr Donniel Astor was excellent. He is a master in his field . My dog wally is 12y.o..He recovered so fast,he has no swelling , bruising ,the Dr was so gentle . Wally had to stay overnite and the staff took such good care of him . That meant so much to me .Wally is doing well .I highly recommend this hospital and staff to take of care of your furry friend.

This place was wonderful I’m so grateful I was able to find them. Dr Hunley really took the time to explain everything in detail about my cats diagnosis & a plan for her chemotherapy. He was very caring & thorough. Shauna at the front desk was so helpful when getting my files & everything in order for our visit. All of the staff took great care to make sure we were comfortable. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl & we received a sympathy card where they each wrote a heartfelt note. They were all very compassionate at a time when we really needed it. Thank you Dr Hunley & the staff at Gold Coast.

I was referred here when my dog was diagnosed with cancer. The staff took great care of my fur-baby. I recommend Dr. Hunley, he was fantastic- compassionate and knowledgeable. Even over the weekends, staff took my messages and he responded quickly. He maintained detailed notes, which was incredibly helpful when we had to go to the ER for emergencies. It has been very comforting to know that my pup had the best care.
