I had a wonderful experience at this store. Store manager Stacie and employees Sierra and Rachel were amazing! They worked for two days to resolve an issue that I had with my account.
They were kind, courteous and very professional.I truly do appreciate good old fashioned face to face customer service and these young ladies delivered big time!!!!!

Most recently Sierra helped me navigate through a terrible experience preordering a Note 9. One of my online orders was incorrectly canceled and after a bunch of online calls and overall copious ball dropping I came to this store to see if they could fix the situation. She was patient and personable the whole time and worked to get everything sorted out before I left.
Everyone I have worked with there has been equally as helpful.
I purchased a Galaxy S9+. It's a great phone. Rachel was the name of the nice young lady who assisted me. She was very polite, helpful, and most important honest. I recommend seeing her If you choose to go with Verizon.
The employees are super sweet and friendly and helpful. 5+ stars because they stayed after closing to help me.
