  Take it from me. I've tried all kinds of diet and exercise program, without sustainable results. After a couple sessions, I was hooked. In fact, I now look forward to the workouts. There's definitely a lot to gain from the group classes, boot camp and personal training sessions.
  
  Charlton is an excellent trainer with a lot of knowledge, and he makes the workouts fun. Overall, it's a great environment, and they'll invest in your success. Definitely recommend!!

  I've been looking for a fitness place that feels like home. They are very personable and want you to reach your goals. The Group Class on Tuesday Nights and the Boot Camp are awesome! After three classes, I feel like my body is already changing. Thank you, My House.

  After not being motivated for a while to exercise I knew I had to find something to help me find that motivation again. My House Fitness is conveniently located near my house and Mike helps motivate me. He also is great at holding you accountable.

  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE working out with Mike Gallegos at My House Fitness! I started with him back in the summer and he's still motivating me enough to keep coming back. The results I'm seeing through his workouts are amazing. I'm 55 and was scared to start a program with weights, etc., but this is the perfect fit. I'm feeling 20 years younger! The workouts are varied which keeps it interesting and fun, and they really target all parts of the body. I feel stronger than I've felt in years. Mike is so inspiring and is genuinely interested in helping everyone get fit. Come try a class with him at My House Fitness. These people are doing it right!
