  My husband and I chose Adam and his firm to close on our home based on a friend's recommendation (he was the other party's attorney in their closing). Overall, we're very happy we went with him and his team. We had a few hiccups with the sellers the day of our closing and Adam was more than willing to walk us through our options and help us still close on the same day, even staying late to get everything done. We would definitely choose him again next time around.

  Knowledgeable, experienced, honest, reliable and accessible. These are characteristics you want from real estate title attorneys when you are looking to buy, refinance or unfortunately have to litigate, a commercial or residential transaction. I have on many occasions needed to pick one of Julie, Bart or Adam's legal minds for a client and I have never had to call twice.   Strock, Cohen & Zipper are the utmost professionals and get the legal work and closings done timely, correctly and with no drama. I have been a realtor for upwards of 20 years in Weston and never do I question their work, they add value at every step and get the work closed. We have closed easy transactions to ones where other title companies thought they would not - and they did! We worked and closed properties the potential of foreclosure, short sales, estate sales, complex title issues through the most bizarre situations to the easy cash close. I bring about 25 closing a year there while I have options and requests from countless others. In the seven or more years, 42 short sales and over 200 closings, I NEVER had to explain why the file did not close, had upset client, asked "where's the package" or a surprise at the closing table. If you are a realtor or done real estate transactions, think about that. For the realtors who work hard for your clients, getting a transaction to closing can be challenging and with the wrong title company, the lasting unwanted impression can be made. The only impression made by Strock, Cohen and Zipper has been very high marks and appreciation. I recommend them highly.
