This was my first time here. She was punctual and knowledgeable. She explained in details what she was doing. I gave her a little information and allowed her to be creative. I love my new haircut. I will definitely be back.

I always enjoy my experience at Genni's Touch Salon! Bianca has been caring for my hair for over 18 years. I have followed her and am thrilled to have her in Charlotte! She is very consistent. Bianca is excellent with cutting, coloring & styling. She works miracles with my natural hair! I would suggest anyone giving her a try! She has a God given talent.

Clean cornrows!!! I came out to North Carolina for my family reunion and decided to look up a place to get my hair braided. Well I'm glad I found Genni. She is very courteous and does fantastic work. Thank you so much.

Bianca is an outstanding stylist! She exceeded my expectations! You will always walk out her shop feeling brand new every time. Bianca is very professional, her customer service is superb!
