  Tom Botts and his team are awesome people who truly care about the insured. He wants to get you every dollar possible when you have a claim and is always looking out for you. I could not ask for a better Insurance agent to work with. I am a car salesmen so when I call other insurance company's to confirm coverage I get rude and mean agents on the phone I can truly say if you call Tom and his office you will be treated like family. This is what customer service is about at its finest.

  We have been insured by the Botts/Kerr Agency with Allstate for about four years, and couldn't be happier. Working at a dealership, you always hear horror stories of trying to work with insurance companies, and we have experienced anything but. Anytime we've had to file a claim, add a policy, or just ask a question, they are always available and helpful. Everyone at the agency, especially Angela, knows how to treat us like more than just a number. Recommend highly to anyone who needs exceptional insurance and customer service!
