  I had suffered with headaches and migraines since a teenager. I had suffered with neck and back pain for the last 10 years. I’ve been to regular doctors, internal Dr’s, neurologists, massage therapist, I’ve done heat and ice therapy, I’ve done essential oil‘s. I literally had done it all and was at my wits end! Thank God I finally found elevation health and Dr. Joe. I never met a Doctor who was more thorough and knowledgeable than him. I had officially been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, chronic migraines, ulcerative colitis and endometriosis. I have been told by other doctors I could have multiple sclerosis, lupus or a host of other autoimmune disorders. My blood showed inflammation but they just kept throwing pills and muscle relaxers at me with no resolutions. None of which did any good. I asked them repeatedly to look at my neck because I knew something was wrong and no one would take it serious. Once I seen Dr. Joe he explained everything, took a thorough physical examination, and x-rays. He spent more than an hour explaining how my spine worked with the rest of my body. What he told me that day literally explained almost every physical symptom I had with the numerous other diagnosis. My body was just out of whack. After only three visits for adjustments my pain has been cut into 1/3 which is more than any medication has ever done. My son looked at me at the dinner table last night and said “hey mom you’re setting up straight”. Until you’ve been through the pain you don’t know what that means. It’s literally changing my life and I would definitely recommend that anyone and everyone go see Dr. Joe. Thank you so much elevation health!

  I love my chiropractor. Dr. Joe has been adjusting my spine for the past 3ish years. We live our lives through our nervous system (just one of the million things I’ve learned) and I can’t even think of anything more sacred than another human knowing how to manipulate your spine so that you can function at full capacity. He has literally made my life better and, not just mine.
  
  When we first started going to see him, Rodney (my husband) was still battling Ulcerative Colitis. We were trying to do things as naturally as possible but were still so scared. He had taken the drugs (the very expensive drugs) and changed his diet to what western medicine told him; avoid raw veggies and eat bland potatoes, rice, etc…I could go off on a tangent here about how an inflammatory bowel disease will never get better if you’re eating inflammatory foods like rice and potatoes but, I mean, it seems like it should be common sense. We learned about eating whole foods, healthy fats and actually RESTING our guts through fasting. We learned that our body is an innate healer (WHY did we have to LEARN this??) and that if we simply remove all the interference, we will heal. And, guess what? No more Ulcerative Colitis. At all. Ever again. Healed. I could weep from the relief. Imagine how Rodney feels.
  
  Both of us were on medication for hyper tension…gone. I was taking medicine for arthritis…no more (and have zero pain). I used to take Benadryl every night to sleep, every..night. Now I sleep like a boss with zero aid, except maybe a little lavender oil because, well it’s just nice.
  
  Dr. Joe has adjusted 2 of my grandkids since birth which has laid the foundation for a very healthy life. And, I’ve seen some of my friends and family in and out of the clinic as well. The impact and ripple effect of his service to us has probably reached further than we may ever even know.
  
  Florida is SO LUCKY!!
  
  My heart will always have a place for Dr. Joe. My life has taken a different trajectory because of the truths he has patiently presented. He has made me squirm in my seat and question and UNlearn a lot of limiting beliefs. The very first thing he ever told me when I marched in there with my whole “there’s a lot of bad joints and arthritis in my gene pool” speech was that it might just be a lifestyle problem and not a genetic one. I was offended but…curious. And, over the years, I’ve found that he did not lie. There were many encounters and lessons that were offensive but curious. Challenging my old, outdated (and very incorrect) beliefs has been the catalyst that has set me free.
  
  And, it is for this freedom that I will forever love the dude that was brave enough to tell me the truth. We love you Dr. Joe. Thank you for everything and may you continue to tell the hard truths. The world needs more people like you.
