By any measure, Dr. Knightly is without question one of the best if not the best neurosurgeon in The United States. We are extremely fortunate to have him here in New Jersey now. Soon the rest of the the country will be calling on him to mentor our finest and brightest students.
Without his tremendous talent and sincere williningness to take the extra and time and effort on my behalf, I would probably be in a pretty bad place as it relates to my neck and spine.

This man saved my life.In 1994 he removed a cancerous pituitary brian tumor nearly 25 years ago at Balboa Naval Hospital. I was only 19. Thank you Dr Knightly for saving my life
For years, my L4-L5 disk issues plagued me. As it got worse Orthopedic doctors wanted to insert steel rods, synthetic disks and and one year in a body cast. No way! Then I discovered neurosurgery and Dr. Knightly. After a thorough review of my MRI and a consultation with all my options' I elected for the surgery. Arriving at the hospital 10:00 AM, I could barely walk and resorted to a wheelchair. Had the surgery and by 4:00 PM I was wheeled out the door (by hospital protocol) then literately danced to the car. Recovery was non-debilitating, fast and painless. This was in 2015 and I am still pain free and I have the utmost appreciation for Dr. Knightly's skills.
