My mothers has been here for 2 years ,she has been doing well.
Most of staff is pleasant, but they need more English spoken workers ,better food and more activities so the residents are not bored. FOR THE LAST 3 VISITS IT SEEMS LIKE A FUNERAL HOME ,LIFELESS ,THERE NO JOY IN THE WORKERS SO THERE IS NO JOY IN THE RESIDENTS..THEY NEED A OVERHAUL OF MAINTENANCE THERE .TO BE MORE INFORMANT .WE ARE TO RAISE THE SPIRITS OF THE DEPRESSED NOT HOLD THEM DOWN IN THEY JOY .

IT IS LIKE THE EMPLOYEES DREAD THEIR JOBS DEALING WITH THE ELDERLY OR DIABLED .GOD SAYS DO NOT HARM ,MISTREAT YOUR ELDERS in which i am not saying it has happened i am saying just in case it does ,in which mom has been done fair .She does for herself So thats Makes it easier on staff ..THAT MEANS EVEN IN ATTITUDES .i THINK MORE CAMERAS NEED UP .MORE PEOPLE OUT OF BED .
ITS VERY CLEAN PLACE ,WOULD LIKE TO MEET THE HEAD OF IT ALL.THAT IS MY BUSINESS THATS MY MOM .
MOM LOVES EVERYONE THEIR .BUT SOME OF THE BEST IS GONE .LOU ,PAM , ETC
LIVE IN THE ATMOSPHERE UP .BRING FORTH LIGHT ,LIFE ,NOT DARKNESS ,GLOOM .
Add additional family rooms for visits .This is their homes ,make it more family friendly .
I am not complaining but suggesting and thats what a review is about truth to help the place in improvement .
Most of staff is pleasant ,,i love the way mom loves everyone and mothers the others .they have seemed to do well with my mom ,just need some improvements in areas .more seating out front away from the ac unit blowing hot air .but still right in front to be watched .need more like out side human surveillance.
Flower beds groomed,thined our ,.more hearing checks so mom get new hearing aids i know there is programs along with her insurance. Dont show bad things on tv hateful news .same old music .
Get to living .sing joyfully .Hire some employeeswe can converse with .. Raise the pay so the employees will want to work and be joyful .Do back ground check watch the workers , do drug ,alcohol test pop up test .random checking if employees been arrested lately .this is the security of humans our elders our people .
I speak this to maybe give pepp not to upset .I just feel theres room for improvement.
This place can score a 5 star if all would pull together .The state scores ,county scoring would be of high points if everyone put forth even the FAMILIES. We can do this as a united ,loving CHRISTIANS, or how ever your faith .There is great potential here to be number one .
This is a good place even with me suggesting all i have ..i am appreciative of the care given and love shown to our mom .
I wish i could be more able to visitso i could volunteer.and be a Sara gent to lonely people with out families there .
They need our love to .i have so much to give as far as love and sharing joy .And people think on this just maybe the staff needs our love and spread joy shown to them ,because it is hard to do this day in day out .Spead encouragement not discouragement. Show them they're appreciated for their job.

I have had my father in The Terrace for one month. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The health care workers are pleasant, professional and care very well for my dad.
My father is terminal and I have made every visit un announced, my dad is always clean, shaven and comfortable. This place is a diamond. I have lived in St. Cloud for 35 years, and will continue to brag about the Terrace. Maria, Debra, and Bonnie and Lee have been just wonderful.
The management team must really know and expect the best because their subordinates give it.
Hats off to all of you your hard work and dedication show....every day. THANK YOU!!!
