  I think this kickboxing and strength training workout is the best!!! You will love it!! The owner, Chad, makes each person feel like he/she is the most important person in the gym. All of the coaches and instructors are amazing and care about you, your health, and your progress. They will push you to your level 10. They will also teach you how to eat the healthiest you have ever eaten using a really simple method and even a cheat day. AND it is so much FUN - awesome energy, great music, and incredible exercise all in 45mins a day. I have worked out in a lot of places and I know no matter where you are in life, if you join the Parker location you will get results and so much more. Like Chad always says, “welcome to our family”.

  I've been to gyms before where you have a room full of machines, but no guidance; or classes where you are left wondering what you are doing. FXB is not like those. Each class is taught by an instructor that shows you how it's done, and does it right along with you. Every class time has several coaches to make sure you don't get hurt and offer support. It's truly an amazing place. After 10 weeks, you are more like a family! It's the best gym I've ever belonged to.

  Making the decision to make yourself and your health top priority can feel very overwhelming. Where do you start or how do you do it can feel scary. That's what is great about Farrell's in Parker. They take all the guess work & worry out of getting started! The only thing you have to do is SHOW UP! They will teach you everything you need to know and give you the confidence you need to reach your goals. Best part of all...kickboxing is fun & the workouts fly by. Joining the Farrell's family will be the best decision you've ever made. Hope to see you there!

  Farrell's is the best gym I have ever been to - the workouts are really challenging, and the staff and people are fun and supportive. Chad and Heather are the most amazing coaches - tough but kind. Run, don't walk to get into their next 10 week program before it fills up - it will help you get into your best shape and condition EVER.
