At the time I met Merlin Weaver I had NO idea of how the process of buying a house works. My wife and I are fortunate to have met and worked with him. I say this because he really does take joy in a job well done and that includes the customers best interest. He took care of us. It was more like working with a friend than a realtor. I really appreciate how he took the time to show us house after house in a crazy market and he always did it with patience and a good mood. He helped us avoid pitfalls with information that helped us decide on what's right for us. I can't say enough about this guy. He really does know his job and it's just awesome to know that someone you can trust is helping you make the right decision about something so important.
