Luis was my sales and Habib took care of finance. Within minutes, it was clear that Luis wasn’t the typical pushy car salesman we all dread to deal with. The whole process took me about 2 weeks before I made up my mind on which car I wanted and Luis was very patient with me in explaining the differences, arranging test drives, and also the follow ups. Price was good and service was great. Habib was also a friendly guy who made the paperwork painless. I’d recommend both.

This review is for Nestor: As a first-time car buyer, I was very stressed and nervous because I would be making one of the biggest purchases any adult could make. However, Nestor was so awesome at explaining the process and offering detailed breakdowns! Any and all questions I had, he answered. He was very transparent and I was able to get an incredible deal on my 2019 Honda Civic.

My parents came with me to Larry Hopkins 30 minutes before closing to inquire about pricing, month-to-month payments, down payments, and APRs. He never rushed and we never felt pressured. We came back the next day and specifically asked for him. All three of us had several questions, and he was incredibly polite and patient. He seriously deserves more recognition (and maybe a raise) because we visited several other dealers throughout the week, and no one compares to how awesome he was.

Nestor speaks Spanish as well, so he was able to translate literally everything to my parents, answering their questions and easing their stress, too.

First time car buyer here and I had a great experience, all thanks to Julio de la Torre.

Julio was very knowledgeable about the car and gave me a comprehensive tour through all of the features. Even though I've just bought the car, I don't think I'll ever know the ins/outs of it as well as he does!

He was very patient with me as and walked me through the various financing options as well as the possibilities for trade-in.

The process felt refreshingly honest both through email correspondences and even more so in-person. Julio made me feel at-ease, was transparent in his thoughts, and really made an effort to match me with my ideal car rather than make a sale.

Had the most fun, unique and personalized car buying experience here. I visited several Bay area Honda dealerships for buying my Honda, but this one stood out the most. Mr Mohammad gave us the most professional and warm walkthrough of all that they have in the inventory. He gave us our time to look around, made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and did not compromise on any aspect of the car by one bit. I ended up picking a model that they did not currently have in the inventory, but upon my request they promptly got the car I was looking for.

I highly recommend everyone to visit this dealership even if they are visiting another one in the bay area. Their service is unique and from my experience, I'm confident about the fact that they go above and beyond to make sure their customers go home with their new car completely satisfied and excited.

Had to turn in my CRV after the lease ended . It was post Christmas morning and assumed the dealership to be short staffed. But business was as usual busy. Rick made the process extremely smooth/hassle free with no $$$ surprises later ,also thorough over the paperwork. 10/10 for his superior customer service.
