  I've never trained in martial arts before because most instructors like to treat their students poorly. That is NOT the case here. The instructor teaches his students patiently, and has a passion for the art which is shown in how the classes and techniques are taught. The facility is clean, well kept, and the parking is great. My son trains here too and loves what he's learning. Every class session combines physical exercise, and technique training. If you're looking for a place to learn how to defend yourself, and have fun, this is the place.

  I have only been going to Self Defense LV for a few weeks but I already love it. Heinere has created great culture in the class where all the members motivate and work together to help each other learn. His step by step training is a fantastic way to learn Jiu Jitsu. I would recommend this for anyone looking to learn a new skill.
