  We have been on this cruise about 4 - 5 times and still love it each time. Whether it's a short bay cruise or a full-lake tour, we have enjoyed them all. The boats all seem to be in top condition and the pilot and crew are always very friendly. If going out on the lake, please remember that it might be several degrees colder on the lake than on the dock; dress accordingly (yes, we learned from experience). The cruises leave and return on-time; the sound systems are good and the experience is well-priced for the quality of the trip. Enjoy!

  We did the Santa Cruise. By all means I should be giving this a 1 star review because they forgot to say 7 of our kids names. But Jack, he redeemed this whole situation. He was so nice and sympathetic to the situation. Class act. Being in the hospitality industry the way you handle complaints is huge. He handled this so well. He was wonderful. Truly appreciate his handling of this situation.

  Always a great time. We did the Mail Delivery cruise and the ice cream cruise and both were really good. Love hearing about the history of the houses and families on the lake. Everyone is friendly and they have snacks and drinks on the boat. They don't pack you in tight like sardines and you can get up and move around if you need to. Bathrooms are decent, too.
