Beyond awesome! Texted Geno a picture of the scratch on my brand new car. He got back to me quickly with a VERY reasonable quote....far better than I got at other body shops. He came to my house to do the repairs...he was on time and did a wonderful job. You can't tell there was a scratch! I highly recommend Geno!

9/12/2014 I went above and beyond in trying to satisfy you but realized that no matter what I did or offered you, I wasn't going to be able to do that. At the end I just gave up.

I only charged you for the body work I did, which you were very happy with.

Celeste, I wasn't interested in buying your car. But since you were selling your car to the dealership and kept STRESSING that you were a "single woman" and didn't like dealing with people, I thought I could make your experience a better one by selling your car for you.

I was only trying to help you with your situation. I am sorry that you didn't see it that way
