  Out of alllllll the emergency rooms I have been (even clinics) this place is by far the best . Great service , great environment. The nurses and pediatrician are absolutely amazing and by far some of the best I’ve seen . Honestly it just brings peace of mind coming here . It’s nice to finally have an emergency room you can fill confident in . They also have books and snacks for the kids in the waiting room and even gave my baby a cool toy after his stitches

  This is my second time coming here this week. (4 kids in my home) Two very different experiences:
  
  I came during the week for my one yr old as a walk in and waited over an hour to be seen. The nurse and staff was very nice and quick, the dr was great. We had insurance problems, and they helped us with that also.
  
  I came in here today (weekend) with my 3 yr old exhibiting similar symptoms. This time I reserved a spot online through the website. I literally filled the paperwork and waited maybe 5 minutes until they called us back. It also wasn’t as packed today, maybe 1other family waiting. As always the nurse and staff are wonderful. They swabbed my daughters throat and even have her a popsicle.
  
  Overall, a great experience, but I will remember to reserve my spots online from now on. Hopefully that will help cut down some of the wait time. Definitely reccomend everyone else to do the same!

  Great Service, our NP was really informative explained everything on my son’s condition. Front desk and all staff members at TC Urgent Care treated us with care! I will be returning thank you all for making our visit remarkable.

  Recently took my daughter to be seen for earache. Front office ladies Abby and Sandra were great and very helpful with registration process. Nurse Alma and Jana along with Dr. Kennedy took great care of my child. They definately made her feel at ease and comfortable during her visit such awesome bedside manner. The clinic had such vibrant artwork on the walls that looked awesome! I will no doubt return here when any of my children become ill. I highly recommend this clinic. Overall awesomeness!!????????
