  I have used these guys for several instances over the years (engine repair, minor and major bodywork) and the work is always excellent and easy for the client. They work with the insurance company and coordinate everything: they were lifesavers this last time.

  It always a bad thing when you have to use a body shop numerous times, but hey, accidents happen. Basil and his team at Roadmaster always go above and beyond. The service has always been excellent and quality of the work is outstanding. You won't find a better body shop in town.

  Basil and Jennifer were great they provided great service and had our vehicle out within the time the insurance company allowed for the repairs to be completed. They worked directly with the insurance company to get the supplemental damages handle. All I had to do was drop the vehicle off with the initial estimate and they took care of everything. The work they did on the vehicle looks great can't tell it had any damage.

  Before reading negative reviews, read this.
  
  I got a collision on Oct/02/2015 and was delivered here by a towing company (King tow may be?). I had no idea what is that company and how they repair. A little creepy, but I got _same_ car for free rent at same day, and if I did not hesitate, things would finish in 5 minutes. It was Friday.
  
  After ~10 days my insurance company made estimates, after 21 day i got my car back. 11 days for _IDEAL_ repair - that's fair.
  
  My name is Dmitriy P., Russian, and I send tons of good wishes to Basil and his staff. Really great, flawless job. New parts, no signs of repair, 100% color match.
  
  As for the guy with 1 star. If you drop your car - do not take it back in 30 minutes, they will not fix it for sure )))
  
  Strongly recommend this service and will definitely come back (but hope will not have to:)))))))))))
