  Chris and company were great to work with. Always quick to reply, dealt directly with my propane guy and installer and the end result is amazing. One of the best internet buying experiences ever. Happy to give them 6 stars. Deal was fair and I would buy from them again tomorrow. Just great job all the way around.

  Outdoor Fire and Patio to our rescue! We had such a great experience with this company and specifically Alexis, the representative who helped us.
  After placing an order with Backyard Blaze prior, we were strung along by them for over 12 weeks. Our order was continuously delayed, and yet we could not get anybody to return our calls or answer our emails.
  Finally we brought our business to Outdoor Fire and Patio and were so relieved to experience competence and seamless customer service. Turn-around time to receive our beautiful fire bowls was less than 2 weeks! Will recommend this company and Alexis to family and friends.

  We recently purchased 3 amazing tiki torches from Outdoor Fire and Patio.
  The ordering process was easy and smooth. Chris Very helpful!
  We had them professionally installed and they look incredible.
  A great addition to our back yard in Palm Springs.

  Back in August my wife and I had a patio and custom fire pit added to our home. As the pit was custom made we were not able to purchase a standard cover or screen for the pit so I looked up online and gave Outdoor Fire and Patio a call. I spoke to Chris and within and hour after discussing what I was looking for as well as reviewing the dimensions of the custom pit we had an order placed at a very reasonable price. Then much to my surprise both the cover and screen arrived within 5 days of placing the order!! They are stainless steel painted with a high temp paint and they look and work exactly the way I wanted them to. Thanks to Outdoor Fire & Patio (and of course Chris) for the time they took and the great way my order turned out!!!!
