Such a great little gym! Access 24 hours a day and super nice members. The owners, Tami and Lisa are fantastic too!

It's a fun place to work out and they have everything I need. The owners are phenomenal and really knowledgeable about all things fitness. If you're looking for health, this is the place to find it!

I recommend Lisa (co-owner of Genesee Mountain Fitness) for anyone that wants a versatile, knowledgeable and disciplined trainer – and while she expects hard work out of her clients, she works hard to ensure training is a fun experience. The trainers are always updating their repertoire so their client offering stays up-to-date. There is a sense of community in the gym with the trainers and clients as many are long time users of the gym. Last but not the least, Lisa always works to accommodate my busy schedule which assures me my training time, no matter what my work or personal life schedule may throw at me.

I am a member at Genesee Mountain Fitness and I LOVE IT!!! I purchased personal training sessions when I started to get me on the right track and now am able to do the workouts Lisa taught me on my own. It's a great, positive and friendly environment. I also love the classes offered, especially in the winter when running outside is a little more challenging. The spin classes are a fantastic alternative for me!! GREAT gym run by great people - highly recommend!
