(November 29, 2018, 8:33 am)They have all you need even a track outside and outdoor work out area that has punching bags, calisthenic bars, weights outside, indoor weight room, SAUNA!, indoor basketball court, cardio room and all you would want from a gym. Open to the public, come in and beat some stress any way you choose!

(March 16, 2018, 6:57 am)One of the better USAF gyms (beats Hickam, Beale, and Langley) with a reasonable balance of cardio and strength training equipment. The free weight tent is amazing: 3 deadlift pads, 2 squat racks, and 2 flat benches for those of you trying to make the 1000 lb club. 4x dumbbells of each weight from 5lb to ~120lb. As with most gyms, it can be a bit crowded during lunch time and from 1600 to 1830. Additionally, there is a lot of cross fit/Ninja warrior stuff out by the track. I think this gym is comparable to Andersen's but is second to Eielson and Offutt's.
