  Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice. We were very impressed with the inspector as he did find some minor damage which we would have never noticed in the first place. Unfortunately the seller was not do able to do any of the repairs due to financial hardships. The inspection report was detailed, included photos and estimates for repairs. Because of alliance home inspections we were able to move forward with our transaction and clearly had no surprises since Stephan and his team were completely transparent throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend Doing business with them.

  What fun a fun experience for what I thought was going to be a boring part of the transaction.
  
  Stephan was our inspector and has a great personality! We laugh and had a great time and at the same time I have to say he definitely knows what he is doing.
  
  Went very well and could of not asked for any Better.
  
  Sounds like he has a great team and the girls at the office made it all happended since we did not have much time
