I highly recommend Southern State to any one seeking help with roaches ! Joe was very thorough and gave me info throughout the whole process of having my home serviced. He gave me the info to prepare for his visit as well as during and what to expect after. I waited a few days till after his service to write my review to see the difference! It’s definately a BIG difference and I can see that his service in our home has made a HUGE impact on the roach problem we had. Can’t thank him enough and appreciate how prompt he was on getting us scheduled in ASAP.

I am not sure why more people do not know about this man or maybe they do from Word of Mouth. I have had carpenter bees at my house for several weeks now. I called him he gave me a time that he would be here and he was very punctual. He explain to me what he was going to do in regards to the carpenter bees and he didn't have everything that he needed he told me that he would be back he said he would call me before coming back which he did. Also wow he gave me GREAT PRICING!!! Thank you Joe!!
