  It’s a Lowe’s. Got some good employees that have to deal with crazy customers and marginalized staff. Find the right guy and be nice goes a long way.
  
  PSA -if you aren’t familiar with the general layout of a hardware store, they basically follow the same pattern. Challenge yourself to learn it and you’ll be amazed at how much it will help. Plus, you won’t need to worry about finding someone to tell you where the wrenches or the tape is.
  
  Four stars for the employees who have to work with the general public. 2 stars for Lowe’s corporate who pinch the bottom end. Literally.

  The Vallejo Lowe's is a pleasant and professional environment. The management staff and members have always been very helpful and friendly. Demarco, Landon, Troy, and Johnny are just a few names who go beyond the call of customer service. Their professionalism is a rare craft! These team members built rapport and inquired about my newborn baby. It truly means the world and defines their commitment to the community.
