  Alicia was very nice in helping me stay up to date with my payments. I can become very forgetful @ times and she always gave me a friendly reminder when it was time. And every time i came in a hurry she knew exactly what i was here for and got me out as fast as possible for this ill always be appreciate Alivia and first public security storage of vallejo and will be in my top 5 of recommendations.

  Security Public Storage is the best place to keep your personal belongings in Vallejo!
  
  They recently installed much sturdier doors which in turn gives their patrons a greater feeling of safety and security.
  
  Their customer reps are always friendly and go out of their way to assist those in need.
  
  In addition to that, any customer who checks in on YELP! receives a free gift--what more can anybody asks?
  
  I highly recommend Security Public Storage for all your storage needs, their combination of reasonable monthly rates, security, and excellent customer service is the best in the Vallejo/American Canyon/Benicia areas hands down!

  Very friendly environment. Alicia at the front desk is by far the nicest and most helpful person. I would give a higher rating if possible.

  Our experience has been great. I live out of town now, but they are really responsive and helpful by email or on the phone, including making phone payments easy. Paying online is also a snap. But they also provide great customer service in person and are friendly and helpful. Convenient location on Sonoma Blvd, too!
