  Love the positive environment and friendly instructors! Each work out is challenging and the instructors do a great job making sure your form is correct to ensure you get the most out of your hour there. Love this place!

  Love Bar Method Waverly! The instructions are fabulous! They push you to keep going when you feel challenged with positive motivation! Such a tremendous workout! Truly hate missing a day! Try it once.... you’ll be hooked! Come join me!!

  I am quickly becoming a barre addict! Since my first class, the amazing workout, clarity of mind and sweet community keep me coming back! Every class, I look forward to the next one. I can’t recommend the bar method highly enough for anyone looking for a fun, safe and effective workout!

  Highly recommend Bar Method Waverly!The workout is very challenging and results driven.Also important, it’s very safe. The teachers are all really fantastic!They challenge and motivate you while providing verbal and hands on form adjustments.Every class I have taken has been consistently excellent across all teachers.The studio is beautiful and spotless and the whole staff and all the clients I’ve met are kind and supportive.Can’t say enough good things!

  After running into one of the instructors at the local coffee shop and asking about what The Bar Method was - I couldn’t be more thankful! This place has been a huge game changer for me in my health and the community surrounding it has been such a loving and supportive one! It’s the perfect balancing to my cycling and I just love all of the instructors here!
  
  If you want to try something new - The Bar Method is for you! It’s a great way to build muscle, tone and work muscles you don’t work if you do other forms of fitness!
  
  So thankful I found The Bar Method ♥️
