  Fantastic customer service; friendly and knowledgeable. They do not use high pressure sales tactics.

  Everyone at Alexander’s always gives you one on one attention with a smile. They are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. I won’t go anywhere else to buy and get my jewelry fixed.

  My husband has been a faithful customer of Alexander’s for decades, and I have also become a happy customer over the past few years. Selection is great, and if they don’t have exactly what you are looking for, they make every effort to get it. We have had a few things repaired as well, and turn around time is typically short. Overall very pleased.

  I really love the way the staff treats us every time we go in. We moved out of state about three years ago and I still use them. They are very professional, friendly, and trust worthy!
