  Dr and staff were nice. Procedure was a failure after two months my pain is five times worse and my legs get hot and red and injection site. I called the Doctor and the staff was quick to respond and found what the issue could be. They are always so nice. Drained my legs, and think this will really help. Hoping the procedure works.

  Great, friendly staff. They explain everything they’re doing and it goes exactly as they say, truly a good experience working with these people. Dr. Singleton is very good at what she does and has a great character about her, the rest of the staff are very much of the same. Can’t say anything better about this group of people, very service-oriented and down to earth. The results of my treatment have been great, would have had my leg treated a long time ago if I had known it was as simple as what it was, along with the quality of treatment I received through Dr. Singleton’s practice. Top notch service and care.

  I am 55 years old and and noticed bad veins 31 years ago when I was pregnant with my son....I was told my veins were only going to get worse over time....and that they were hereditary....I have had several different kinds of procedures over the years....and have always been told there would be minimal pain....most of these procedures I walked out upset and crying from the pain....so now I am very skeptical when I am told the pain will be minimal....after ignoring the pain for way too long I finally decided to check out several vein clinics....after four consultations and three ultrasounds on my legs I decided to let Vein Clinics of America help me with my vein problems....when you walk into there West Grand Parkway office you are greeted by Christi....the most kind caring receptionist I have ever met....she took me back to meet Dr. Terrell Singleton for a consultation.....I explained to Dr. Singleton all my past bad experiences with other procedures.....she could hear and see my anxiety was over the top with the fear of pain....she first listen to me....than explained the procedure step by step....she assured me she would talk me through the entire procedure....and that is exactly what she had done....not only was she explaining everything to me, she also asked me about my family and I told her about my son and new grand baby Gracie....which took my anxiety away and my mind off what was happening....she was wonderful through the entire process....I cannot say enough about her great bedside manner and professionalism.....her entire staff was wonderful....I am halfway through my treatment and feeling so much better.....I highly recommend Vein Clinics of America to anyone with vein disease.....Thank you so much to the entire staff.....
