  It gives me a great pleasure to write this review about Sandra Perez, whom I have had experience with her services. She has been a tremendous asset to our practice in not only managing our patient billing from office and hospital visits but also speaking with patients and families with any billing issues or concerns. She has been handling all the claims submission, account receivables, insurance verifications and appeals along with amongst various other roles.
  Sandra is eager to help at any time we needed her. She is extremely hardworking, sincere and honest. She has excellent communication skills, and is very organized and methodical in her approach.
