  I'm so grateful to have found Colorful Mind Studio Art and Yoga. My mind, body and soul are in this amazing journey. I've been taking classes for over a month now and Sandy has been an excellent trainer. Sandy is very knowledgeable and caring. I have already noticed a change in body.   I came to Colorful Mind Studio
  Art and Yoga May 14 this year one month two weeks now, I am already 70 years old and I already feel better, more energy, comfortable with my body and more positive. I recommend to all ladies to try it,it will be a good change to your health.

  Colorful Mind Studio has been amazing part of my life journey. Sandy is genuine and a breath of fresh air! I instantly felt comfortable when I entered the studio. I knew I was in the right place. I began vitality private sessions with Sandy and I am amazed at the growth I have encountered. Not only am I stronger physically, but also mentally and spiritually. I also attend the yoga classes.   This is the real deal! Awesome classes, especially if you can get them directly from Sandy who spent over 10 years learning and teaching 24/7 by some of the best in the world. Great with children. We took a private session, and my 12 year old boy and 13 year old girl.....Loved it!
