  I recently had a special order Sectional that I ordered from this store. Originally I had ordered it from Another store across the street. The other store didn’t answer their phones and terrible customer service. When I went to Raymour and Flanigan they did everything possible and went out of their way to help me with all of my questions. I dealt with Shaunice who was my salesperson. Here at Raymour they treat their customers with respect and through every step make you feel important.
  If more companies would emulate them, I’m sure that there would be less businesses closing their doors. Thank you Shaunice and the customer service department for the respect, honesty and customer service you afforded me on my purchase with you.

  A woman named Frankie was so great at customer service! We bought a mattress and she had all the details off the top of her head. She was the only one to talk to us and she helped us significantly with all of our questions! Definitely would recommend.

  Just spent over 2 hours picking out furniture for my Master Bedroom and both my daughters bedrooms. Staff was extremely friendly and even hid easter eggs throughout the store which kept my youngest occupied. Our salesman John G. was great. He didn't hover over us, gave us plenty of time to look around, and provided answers and options when needed. Very enjoyable experience.
