I found the staff and the building to be exceptional. The office hours are accomodating - they are open six days per week. If the staff is not available when you get there, they are also available to make an appointment and be there for me.
The self storage facility is availble 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days per week. You can't ask for more than that - especially, since I have to get in there most of the time closer to 10 p.m.
The office worker was very nice and helpful as well as the owner who gave me a tour of the building. Both have been there every time I needed some. They also have a forwarding number, after hours, which is answered 24/7.
I liked that you didn't need any personnel there to access your self storage, since they have a very secure key pad access system in the back that I was soley responsible for and didn't need anyone to let me in. And, when I wanted to move out, I simply called and gave my notice and an email receipt was in my mailbox pronto!
Their policy is clearly stated when I moved in and signed a contract indicating that I would be PRORATED on the way in, but if I moved out early, I was responsible for the entire month. After shopping around, all local self storage place have the same policy.
I would highly recommend the office workers, the facility and the UHAUL rental service.
