  One of my favorite parks to go mountain biking in. Has really good views of the water.

  This park is great for hiking running biking it goes from easy to difficult. There are three parks within this park for great hiking and biking go to buttermilk.

  Greatest place to ride by the shore, killer climbs!! Cags Cycles in West long branch has the best bikes for these trails. So many fun declines and challenging trail combinations.

  Great paths through the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Dog friendly and plenty of shade down the paths on hot days. There are plenty of trails for bike riding too. If you manage to find your way down to the water, you will find some of the most unique views I've seen in the area. I highly recommend checking this place out if you live nearby. There is a bathroom down by the dock. There are also tours of the old army bunkers and artillery guns during their summer hours.
