  Allstate has real good service i had no problem with the agency. And the representatives were very nice and helpful. The reason for four out of five stars is my monthly payments stopped going down when i renuied every six months. Even with a clean driveing record.

  I’ve been with Allstate about 18 months, and am very satisfied. I’d switched to Allstate due to lower premiums and so far, no complaints.

  Hey Adam,
  Unfortunately, I can not give you a 10, but I can give you 10 stars, you guys rock. I seriously appreciate the superb and expedited service you all provide to me every time and I stress every time. I also say you all because, originally I started off with another agent and questioned whether or not the level of service would be as great, however you guys have not missed a beat. So, not just a mere 10, but definitely 10 star service.
