  I wish I could give 10 stars. Take one class and you’ll quickly realize how special this place is. Rick and his coaching team are extremely welcoming, passionate about fitness, super knowledgeable about proper body mechanics and will help you reach your fitness goals in a fun and safe manner. The daily workouts are diverse and challenging, and scalable to everyone, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. But by far the best result of joining FDC is becoming a part of the best community around— truly an amazing group of people who support one another both inside and outside of the gym!

  Crossfit gyms can be intimidating to walk into but Full Dimension Crossfit never felt that way. The atmosphere is so friendly and inclusive. Coaches are helpful and are full of knowledge and always check in on people during the class. The owner Rick is passionate about what he does and about people who come to his space and it shows. There are days when I don’t feel like working out but after taking a class, I always feel happy that I went!

  I've dropped into a few Crossfit gyms while traveling, but this one has been my favorite so far! Every coach I met was knowledgeable and welcoming, and I felt right at home with the members. The facility was clean, the location was ideal, and the class times were plenty. I am looking forward to future visits to Full Dimension CrossFit the next time I'm in town.

  The community and coaching in FDC is amazing, since I first started they have always help me improve. It is an environment where not matter your physical capacity there is always something you can do to become a better person and athlete. Since the beginning any doubts I’ve had there was always a coach willing to help and teach me. The community is amazing, they are always helping each other outside and inside the gym.

  This gym is not like any other gym. When I walked in to my first beginners class, I felt instant energy of the gym cheer each other on during the work out. The trainers at this gym are flawless, they have a deep knowledge of the human anatomy and crossfit standard movements. They were able to help me achieve my goals inside and outside of the gym. I became stronger and tenacious to better myself. This is not a gym, this is a fit healthy family and community of people who support each other. If you want to achieve the best results, come to Full Dimension Crossfit.
