  Hayley and Kris are amazing at what they do. I've been a client for a long time and having a BSR session never fails to make me feel better. I have long term back problems and their treatment during acute episodes of pain has gotten me moving again very quickly. I'd recommend BSR to anyone whether you have back issues or not, it leaves you feeling wonderful!

  Kris and Haley rock. BSR rocks. It works. I've enjoyed several sessions from Kris, and he does a great job of unwinding the bodies tension. As a local chiropractor, I can attest that it's not chiropractic, it's not massage and it's not counseling- it fits a beautiful niche somewhere in the sweet spot of the healing arts. DO yourself a favor- give it a try.

  After the first BSR (Body Stress Release) treatment, I felt a complete release in the soreness and stress in my back and I could begin to feel my left toes again. After my second treatment the swelling and pooling edema in my lower left leg was subsiding. I had serious DVT problem last fall and I went 3.5 months with numbness in my left toes. My the end of the third visit I feel my toes, the swelling has significantly subsided and I feel a vibrance through out my whole body that wasn't there before. Kris is an exceptional person and exemplary professional practitioner. BSR heals through deep release and relief from emotional and physical stress. Well worth your time and money!
