  Dr. Mark Figler is a miracle worker! I’ve gone to him on three separate occasions for three separate conditions (chronic lower back pain from injury 20 years prior, pinched nerve in neck, and sprained muscle in the lower back) over the years. For each condition, I felt relief after the first, two or three sessions and have been completely pain free since. Not only did he rectified the problems, he also provided specific strategies (exercises, sleeping positions, etc) to not have the problem reoccur. The key is to follow the strategies he suggests.   For years I have experienced pain and discomfort in my neck and lower back impacting my ability to exercise and enjoy various hobbies including gardening. I reached the point where I reluctantly accepted I would live with the pain and discomfort while taking over the counter medications.
  
  Three years ago, I returned to work two days per week and the pain increased. I was unable to work two days in a row because of the pain and the over the counter medications were no longer helping. The idea of prescription pain medication was very unappealing so I began to explore other solutions.
  
  I had always been skeptical of chiropractic care but after research and conversation with others who have experienced success with Dr. Figler, I finally made an appointment. Dr Figler reviewed my MRI results, patiently listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and mapped out a plan for treatment. I was amazed how much better I felt my first week of treatment! I was able to work a full day at the office and leave energized and pain free!
  
  As a result of my chiropractic treatment, I eventually began successfully working four days per week. I am delighted with the treatment results and amazed how a few simple exercises at my desk, throughout the day, made all the difference in the world! Dr. Figler and Jennifer provide a wonderful, professional experience with amazing results!
  
  I have returned to gardening, exercise, and an active lifestyle thanks to Figler Family Chiropractic!
