It's been great working with Dr. Yordan Ascanio this past month. Not only is he helping me recover from knee surgery but he's creating a fitness plan to help prevent future injuries as well! Love the fact that I don't need to leave the neighborhood and can attend weekly one on one therapy sessions at the club's fitness center. In between sessions, he provides step by step exercises which are easy to follow. I hIghly recommend Dr. Ascanio!
