  When reading reviews you have realize where they're coming from. I was at this DMV office yesterday morning to renew my driver's license and upgrade to the new enhanced license. I had a 9:15 appointment and I walked out 18 minutes later. Clearly, showing up prepared goes a long way

  No complaints, took 54 mins to renew and upgrade license to enhanced. Believe it or not I dealt with 5 different employees and all were pleasent.

  It's usually a long wait here but the staff is always nice respectful and prompt when u have everything you need!! I definitely chose the wrong time to come and should have paid attention to the busy times on Google but I just was too anxious and needed to get my bike on the road! Overall though its a lot more efficient then it used to be. I like the fact that someone checks to make sure your going to the right place and that person ALWAYS is nice and helps as much as they can. The women there today at the ticket thing was awesome. She made my experience so far perfect! Again I knew I was going to wait 3 hours hence y my attitude is so good!
