My husband is the one who encouraged me to sign up for the women's kickboxing class. The 8:30 class time is ideal for mother's - kids in bed and mom's time for stress relief. Bryant's enthusiasm creates a positive atmosphere, encourages you to push yourself, and have an overall great workout. I like that it challenges you on an individual basis, so it doesn't matter your fitness level. If you're reading the reviews and thinking about giving it a try, you should!

I have been attending the Hapkido class 4 times a week since July. Every class has been interesting and fun. There curriculum covers such a wide range of techniques that you are always learning something new. Mr. Bryant is very good at explaining the techniques and is patient while you learn. Since starting the classes I have lost weight and have a lot more energy. I would highly recommend you come out and give a class a try.

Both my husband and son go to Penn Mar Martial Arts, and they both love it! They are always practicing the moves they learned in class. I am so happy to see my son excited to go to class! The instructor really knows how to make it fun for the students. It has been consistently rewarding for my son as he earns new stripes towards his next belt. My husband is equally excited to go to class. He always tells me how much stronger he feels and how he has lost weight due to the class. The two of them have so much to talk about now thanks to Penn Mar Martial Arts!

The kickboxing classes are great!! The workout is just what I need and I love that the routines are constantly changing! The class is good for people at all levels; I would encourage anyone that is looking for a workout and a great environment to try it out! The instructor and people are A lot of fun!
